Tata CLiQ Luxury is India’s premier e-commerce platform for high-end fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products. The platform hosts an extensive portfolio of global heritage brands including Bvlgari, Versace, Coach, and Tissot focused on the mindful consumption of authentic, high-craftsmanship goods. The project objective was a comprehensive visual overhaul to transition the platform from a standard marketplace aesthetic to a premium, editorial-led digital experience that aligned with the luxury status of its partner brands.

Understanding the Problem :
Tata CLiQ Luxury needed to evolve from a product-led marketplace into a cohesive, immersive luxury destination. While the platform offered premium brands, the experience lacked unified visual systems across brand stores, category stores, sale campaigns, and digital touchpoints. There was a clear opportunity to strengthen editorial storytelling, cross-channel consistency, and create a more curated, boutique-like shopping journey across web, app, social, and advertising.
The Solution :
I built a cohesive luxury design system that balanced international brand guidelines while building a signature visual language unique to Tata CLiQ Luxury. Curated brand and category stores were designed to feel like digital stores, enhancing product discovery and creating smoother, more intuitive user journeys. Unified visual guidelines were established for sale campaigns across web, app, social, and digital advertising to ensure consistency and premium positioning. Through influencer collaborations and styled content creation, we strengthened storytelling and elevated the shopping experience making it feel seamless and effortless rather than purely transactional.

The interface was organized into distinct zones, prioritizing high-conversion collections and seasonal launches at the top. Brand spotlights were strategically placed to drive click-throughs, while a dedicated discovery hub highlighted new arrivals beyond the primary homepage.
